How manufacturer warranties apply to products sold on the Website.

Manufacturer Warranty
Products sold on the Website carry the warranty, if any, offered by the respective manufacturer or brand, on the terms specified by that manufacturer. E Car Spares does not provide any independent warranty of its own. Warranty terms, duration and claim procedure vary by brand and product; where warranty information is available, it is mentioned on the product page.
Warranty claims must be supported by the original tax invoice.
What Warranties Generally Cover
Warranties generally cover manufacturing defects only, and generally do not cover wear-and-tear items, damage from accident or improper installation, use of incompatible fluids, or modification. Installation by a qualified mechanic or authorised workshop is recommended and may be a condition of certain manufacturers' warranties.
Claim Process
For eligible claims we will facilitate the claim with the manufacturer/supplier; the manufacturer's decision on a warranty claim is final. Labour, towing and consequential costs are not covered.
