By using the Website you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

You may browse the Website without an account, but placing an order may require registration. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, misuses the Website, or breaches these Terms.

E Car Spares operates an online store for automotive spare parts, accessories, consumables and related products for the Indian market. Products listed may include original equipment (OE / OEM) parts, original equipment supplier (OES) parts and quality aftermarket parts, sourced from authorised distributors, manufacturers and vetted suppliers. Product availability, pricing and delivery timelines depend on suppliers and logistics partners and may change without prior notice.

Product descriptions, images, brand names, OEM part numbers, vehicle names and logos on the Website are used solely for identification and compatibility reference. They do not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, any vehicle manufacturer or brand owner. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

While we take care to publish accurate part numbers and vehicle-compatibility data, fitment ultimately depends on your exact vehicle variant, model year, engine code and VIN/chassis number. You are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering, and we strongly recommend confirming the part number against your VIN or with our support team. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout. A tax invoice will be issued for every order in accordance with GST law. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may occasionally be mispriced due to technical or clerical error; in such cases we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full before dispatch. Payments are processed through RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order-confirmation email or SMS is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract of sale is concluded only when the product is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch — for example, in cases of stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, incomplete address, or serviceability constraints — in which event any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

You agree not to: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, crawl, data-mine, frame or copy any part of the Website, its catalogue, part-number mappings or compatibility data by automated means without written permission; (c) resell or commercially exploit Website content; (d) upload viruses or malicious code; (e) impersonate any person; (f) interfere with the security or proper working of the Website; or (g) place fraudulent, speculative or bulk orders intended to abuse offers, coupons or the cash-on-delivery facility. We may block users, cancel orders and pursue legal remedies for any breach.

The Website, its design, text, graphics, catalogue structure, compilations, software and the "E Car Spares" name and logo are owned by or licensed to us and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Nothing on the Website grants you any licence to our intellectual property except the limited right to browse and shop for personal use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Car Spares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including loss of use of vehicle, towing charges, garage or labour charges, loss of profit or business interruption — arising from the use of the Website or products purchased, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E Car Spares, its proprietor/directors, employees and partners from any claim, demand or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any law or third-party right.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, war, government action, or failure of courier, supplier or telecom networks. Timelines stand extended for the duration of such events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the rights of consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the consumer commission of appropriate jurisdiction, the courts at [Indore, Madhya Pradesh] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes. Parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through the grievance-redressal mechanism described in our Customer Support & Grievance Redressal policy.

We may update these Terms and the linked policies from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Website with a revised date, and continued use of the Website after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting existing orders will not apply retrospectively.
