1. Coverage and Partners
We ship across India through reputed courier and logistics partners. Serviceability of your pin code and available payment modes (prepaid/COD) are shown at checkout. Oversized or heavy parts (body panels, bumpers, glass, exhausts) may ship through surface/cargo networks with different timelines and packaging.
2. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines
Estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page and depends on stock location (in-stock items typically dispatch within 1–3 working days; procurement items within the timeline indicated). Delivery generally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch for most locations and longer for remote areas. All timelines are estimates, not guarantees; delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or regulatory checks are beyond our control, and we will keep you informed through tracking updates.
3. Shipping Charges and Risk
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated on weight/dimensions and destination and displayed before payment. Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive and inspect the shipment; couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times, after which the shipment is returned to origin (RTO). For prepaid RTO shipments, the product cost will be refunded after the item reaches our warehouse, with forward shipping charges deducted where the RTO was caused by customer unavailability or an incorrect address.
