How ordering, payment, invoicing and special-order parts work.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through the Website by adding products to the cart and completing checkout with accurate delivery and contact details. For VIN-based orders or parts identified with our support team's assistance, the part number confirmed against your VIN will be treated as the ordered item. It is your responsibility to review the order summary — part number, brand, quantity, price and address — before payment.

2. Payment Methods

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets through our payment gateway partners, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and pin codes. COD availability may be restricted by order value, product category (e.g., heavy, fragile or made-to-order parts) or delivery location, and a COD handling fee may apply where indicated at checkout. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to suspension of the COD facility for the account.

3. Invoicing

A GST tax invoice in the name provided at checkout will accompany every shipment or be made available for download from your account. For business purchases requiring GST input credit, enter your GSTIN at checkout before placing the order; invoices cannot be amended after generation.

4. Special-Order / Imported Parts

Certain parts marked as "special order", "on back-order" or "import" are procured specifically against your order. Such parts carry longer, indicative delivery timelines, may require full advance payment, and are non-cancellable and non-returnable once procurement has commenced, except in cases of damage, defect or incorrect supply on our part. This will be clearly indicated on the product page or communicated before order confirmation.
